Ward Feast Celebration – Infant Jesus Ward

 February 15, 2026:  The Infant Jesus Ward celebrated its annual Ward Feast on February 15, 2026, with devotion, joy, and togetherness. The day began with a solemn Morning Feast Mass at 7:30 AM, bringing families together in prayer and thanksgiving.

In the evening, ward members gathered from 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM for fun games and activities, creating a lively and joyful atmosphere. The Stage and Cultural Program commenced at 7:00 PM, graced by Parish Priest Rev. Fr. Cyprian Pinto, Assistant Parish Priest Rev. Fr. Melwyn D’Souza, Church Vice President Mr. Arun D’Souza, Secretary Mrs. Jyothi D’Souza, Mr. Dophy D’Souza, Sr. Jyothi D’Souza, Mr. Lancy D’Souza, and Ward Gurkar Mr. Prashant D’Souza.

The program began with a prayer and welcome dance by ward children, followed by a warm welcome from Ward Gurkar Mr. Prashant D’Souza. Former Gurkar Mr. Mathias D’Souza and Prathinidhi Mrs. Delphine D’Souza were felicitated for their dedicated service, and as it was announced the Children’s Year, ward children were honored with flowers. The evening also featured vibrant dance performances and melodious singing by ward members.

The celebration concluded with a vote of thanks by Mr. Leslie D’Souza, delicious food for all members, and everyone joyfully participating in the traditional Baila Dance.

 The stage program was compered by Mr. Richard D’Souza and Mrs. Carol D’Souza, who ensured the event ran smoothly.

The day was filled with faith, fellowship, and festive cheer, making the Ward Feast Celebration a memorable occasion for the Infant Jesus Ward community.
