Beach Cleaning - ICYM & SSVP

On 28/06/2026 (Sunday), after the 7:30 a.m. Holy Mass, we conducted the Vanamahotsava stage program. The program was anchored by Ms. Rishal D'Souza. ICYM President Mr. Wilson Tellis welcomed the gathering.

The chief guest was Rev. Fr. Andrew Leo D'Souza, Parish Priest and ICYM Director. The program was also graced by the presence of Asst. Parish Priest Fr. Melvin D'Souza, Fr. Jagadeesh Pinto, Parish Council Vice President Mr. Arun D'Souza, Parish Council Secretary Mrs. Jyothi D'Souza, Youth Council Coordinator Mr. Deril D'Souza, 21 Aayog Coordinator Mr. Dolphy D'Souza, Environment Conservation Coordinator Mr. Loyd, the ICYM animators, ICYM President, Secretary and members, and the SSVP President, Secretary and members.

The program began with the ceremonial planting of a sapling in a pot. After the ceremonial planting of the sapling, Rev. Fr. Andrew Leo D'Souza delivered an inspiring message on the importance of protecting nature and encouraged everyone to take responsibility for conserving the environment. Following his message, several more saplings were planted on the school grounds as part of the Vanamahotsava celebration.The program concluded with the vote of thanks, which was delivered by Ms. Lishak Ferrao, President of SSVP. She expressed her sincere gratitude to the chief guest, priests, dignitaries, organizers, volunteers, and all the participants for making the event a great success.After the program, a beach cleaning drive at Ullal Beach was carried out in collaboration with the SSVP members, Parisar Aayog, Nadhi Samrakshane Aayog, and Yuva Aayog. Around 75 members actively participated in the cleaning activity, making the event a meaningful initiative for environmental conservation.
